1. Who we are

www.nuvoseal.com is operated by Encarnación Sánchez Bachiller (trading as nuvo), NIF 26012854S, Calle Almendros Aguilar, 61, 23004 Jaén, Spain. Contact: support@nuvoseal.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screens and lighting. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in your local currency. Shipping costs and, for orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Multi-unit discounts are applied automatically in the cart.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product becomes unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly.

4. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person you designate.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email support@nuvoseal.com with your order number. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. We refund the price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the item back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law (3 years from delivery for goods bought in Spain and the EU). If your product is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

7. Correct use

Use the product as described in its instructions. The sealing strip gets hot: keep it away from children, do not touch the heating element and do not leave the device unattended while switched on.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@nuvoseal.com and we will do our best to solve it. Consumers may also bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
